Start Set-up by creating your account ("MyAccount"). You will be provided with a dedicated secure space on our secure server. 
We rent this server (located in the Netherlands) from TransIP, a Dutch company. We will protect your data according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please read all about the GDPR and our Privacy Policy here.
What are your rights and obligations after creating your account? And what are ours? Please read our User Agreement. Satisfied after your six-month trial? Then subscribe for only €97 per year. This includes our expertise, updates, and hosting on our servers. Towards the end of the trial period we 'll invite you to subscribe.
Our mission
Our team creates online booking programs, and our products are first class. We develop them in close cooperation with our users, particularly those in the leisure industry. Because distribution and installation used to be done on-site, the process was labour-intensive and relatively expensive. We are now taking a big leap forward. From July 2020, we are offering the OBP© to rental companies all over the world. We can keep the price low because you set it up and plug it in yourself. Combined with our experience and smart standardization, this leads to maximum added value for you and your customers.
In the Netherlands, where we operate under the name TransPontes, we also offer a second successful product: the Virtual Office. This is a complete booking system that runs as an extension of the OBP©. However, the requirements for internal administrative systems vary per sector, per country, per tax authority, and even per accountant. Complete, universal, programs that you can adapt to your own needs are hard to find, especially at a low price. We are continually improving and adapting the Virtual Office for our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Our goal in the coming years is to develop the Virtual Office into a universal, responsive and multilingual booking program. For you, online and at a low price, just like the OBP©.
